Describe the intended relationship
Explain whether you are applying as an individual or a company, the purpose of the account and the countries and currencies involved. Describe expected incoming and outgoing activity, the origin of the funds and the people authorized to give instructions. Consistent information helps the reviewer understand your request without relying on a business name alone.
Build a clear corporate document package
For a company, prepare current registration evidence, governing documents, board or signatory authority and identification for the relevant owners or partners. Where several entities own the applicant, explain the ownership chain. Check that names, addresses and authorized persons agree across the documents, and provide legible, complete copies through the secure application.
Clarify the provider before accepting terms
Using the U.S. website does not by itself determine which entity will provide an account or service. Ask for the provider name, country, applicable terms, charges and any client protections in the formal documentation. Submitting a request starts review; it does not activate an account or guarantee acceptance.
